I make individual batches in my kitchen with special big delicious peanuts, brown sugar, creamery butter, pure imported vanilla, baking soda and water.

The brittle will last long time.  Probably a month or more on the shelf.

Believe me it will be eaten before.  It is very delicious.  Make a great gift.
